    They claim that they fixed the signup but now i cant even get in. Tried to reset password thinking I had put in the wring code and I got no email sent and I did it twice. Still waiting for my reset password. Also it never let me creat a new account either so the camera that i have purchased is useless

    I rarely like to leave negative reviews, as sometimes with products like this I believe that it’s more human error to setting up or maintaining the equipment. I purchased a two pack indoor camera which I called my dog spy cams. However the features that I once loved no longer work. The feature to talk to my dogs (you can barely hear anything come out of the micro phone/speaker. Also there was once a high pitched squeal alarm that I would use to detour my dogs from tearing up my furniture. It no longer works. The second camera no longer links to my WiFi. I’ve called many times to get help and I can never get through to customer service. Also I’ve watched and tried video help with has not helped. So I’m down to one camera that no longer works. I’m not 100% positive but I believe after an update to the app. This is when I had problems. A coworker of mine who introduced me to the product is having the same issues and trashed hers nd bought another brand which looks like I may have to do. What a sad waste of money. Keri G.
  • Has never worked correctly

    I bought an inside unit and an outside unit . The inside unit is great with zero problems....... The outside unit was 8 feet from my modem and WiFi and it works kinda for a couple of days and then loses signal .... I have called at least 10 or more calls to talk with tech support, but I get the same results ..... I now have it plugged in 4 feet inside from the WiFi and I do not have any better results ....... What can I do ????????????????????

    At first I couldn’t use the app because they had glitches with Apple iOS software (that was the first red flag). Finally a week or so after purchase that was up and running. At first it seemed to worked fine. I could monitor my kids when I wasn’t home. I could hear what they were watching on tv and talk to them if I needed to but now it won’t record the short snippets of movement I the house even though they are armed. After an update was done I can no longer hear any sound from the room. I can only sometimes speak through the camera. What a waste of money. Now I’m spending more $ for a different system in hopes it works better than this junk. The software and support for this product is terrible. The need to get the glitches fixed for good.

    This is the worse camera-app I have ever had. I have 2 other camera systems in and outside, and they never let me down. I bought the 360 and drilled into my ceiling then mounted the camera. It works for a couple of days, then stops. I have to drag my ladder out from the garage just to hit buttons to reconnect. I wish I never waisted $150.00 on this garbage. I put it outside originally, but the camera always fogged up and I couldn’t see a thing. Until they get it together I will use my Arlo and a Elkin cameras.

    Doesn’t work. When you contact the company for support they just ignore you. Trash.

    Bought the cams for monitoring, and by the time they do, if they do turn on the person is already walking away. A lot of the time I can’t connect to the camera, even when I’m sitting in the house, and on the same network, three cameras and they all do the same. 100$ a camera is too much when I can buy 4 cameras and a dvr for a little bit more and they constantly record. Had to turn off notifications because I was being bombarded by notifications to buy their stupid monitoring service. Don’t waste time on this app and get something better.
  • Can’t create account app crashes

    Tries to create an account in 2 different devices and it says “creating account please wait” for a few minutes and then says “error please try again in a few minutes” It’s been an hour now with multiple attempts on two devices and nothing.
