  • Doesn’t work. Try getting support, you won’t. I enjoyed the app when it did work

    The app has always been inconsistent. At times it would not accept my password, but a hard reboot fixed it. Since the last update it won’t accept my password at all. Customer service is nonexistent. The phone number goes to the newspaper who doesn’t handle the app. The in app help doesn’t work. The in app email address doesn’t elicit a response. Since the update about two weeks ago this is a useless app for me. On an iPhone 7s with up to date OS.

    This site continues to be non functional. It’s pretty clear Ganette developed it but doesn’t spend any money or time administering it. They do know however how to charge for it through the App Store. Just don’t expect to be able to actually access the content however.

    I am a paid subscriber to the context provided by this app. The app does not recognize me as a subscriber, does not allow me to renew or reestablish my subscription, AND, inquired about this issue go unanswered! Unacceptable. Wish there was a zero star option.

    I paid for the app ($48) and it is not recognizing that purchase. Customer service is useless. I have come to the conclusion that I am out $48

    This is my favorite source of info about the Packers. I was a very happy paying subscriber until several weeks ago when I was locked out. No matter how many times I restore my purchase on iTunes or sign in, I keep getting messages that the content is only for subscribers. I called their customer service line and they were unable to do anything for me. So now I’m paying for nothing.
