But now you can actually enjoy it. See all your accounts in one place and manage your everyday finances. • Super fast Creating a new transaction now takes a matter of seconds. The app was designed with simplicity and convenience in mind. It will never require you to make dozens of unnecessary steps to accomplish simple tasks. • Companion iOS & Apple Watch app Debit & Credit has its own app for iPhone and iPad, which you can use to add transactions on the go. It is super convenient and keeps data in sync via iCloud. • Importing data We know how important it is to be able to import transactions from your financial institutions. That's why we support CSV, QIF, QMTF, OFX and QFX files. And you can also choose which particular transactions to import from a file, something that not all financial apps know how to do. • Budgets & Scheduled Transactions Do you want to budget expenses on a particular category? No problems. Do you plan to make a transaction in the future and want to be reminded about it? Consider it done. • Reports We believe in clean, crisp reports that are easy to read and understand. See where and what do you spend your money on. Other types of reports are available too. • Shared Accounts Do you want to share some of your accounts with someone else? No problems, you can share selected accounts via iCloud while keeping other accounts private. Great for managing family finances! • Bank reconciliation mode Sometimes we all need extra help to keep our accounts in shape. You can easily reconcile your accounts with bank statements in the app to eliminate any disparities. • Transaction Attachments There might be a number of a reasons why you might want to attach files to transactions. You can attach as many files as needed and they will be synced with iCloud. You can even use Continuity Camera to scan documents or take photos with your iPhone and receive them in the Mac app. • Powerful features Split categories, Touch ID support, pending transactions, transaction export, transaction tags, printing reports and saving them as PDF files - all those and many other features are at your disposal when you need them. • iCloud sync We will never ask you to create an account or provide any personal details. All data is stored in iCloud, it is not available to anyone except you. Some features are limited to premium version subscribers. Premium version is an annual subscription. I have been using theis app for several months, it is basicaly a checkbook register. there are several features that I really like, when you spend morey (all transactions, credit, debit, check eft, ach ect.) you can enter them and it automatically syncs with all your devices no matter where your at, it also subtotals and you can schedule future recurring transactions.

So far I like this app for a simple home accounting tool. I wish there were check marks for clearing transactions. Still have yet to reconcile, so I will see how that goes next week!

This is a fantastic app! The UI is fast, neat and efficient. There are great features such as shared accounts, and tags (which are displayed as small colored dots in the transaction list, very nice!). My favorite so far, though, is the ability to forecast future net wealth. Many apps allow to forecast using scheduled transactions, and one can do that here as well. The unique part though is that one can take budgets into account! If all expenses are budgeted, that is an incredibly powerful planning tool! The only significant downside is the lack of ability to track investments.

Very happy with this app. I use it like accounting software, as it keeps all my accounts in one place and I can transfer between them. I can also categorize my expenses and incomes to see where my money is going. Customer service is excellent.
  • Am I Missing Something?

I'm having trouble seeing the point of using this App... I thought that I'd be able to perhaps sync my Venmo or SquareCash balance to this App, but probably not my Chase bank account. However, such syncronization process does't even happen. The app expects me to use transaction information from said app and manually input them into this app, and for what? Venmo/Square can already notify me when I use an account, and I'm able to check the balance right there as well. Why would i then open this App to manually input transaction information? Unless I am missing some key component to this App, to me its seemingly a gloified calculator that quite frankly serves no purpose in modern society. The fact that I'd be expected to pay $15 per year in order to add more accounts seems almost laughable. 2-Star rating because the UI seems well-done, but this app is seemingly worthless, I'm sorry.

I gave up the fancy, more expensive version for the simplicity of Devit & Credit. I feel like I have more control over my finances and always know where I stand without a lot of bells and whistles. Additionally, if you like to manage a paper ledger, the is a great electronic option.

Great program, but could use a little more detail on reports, specifically set up like a Profit Loss Statement to show detailed catagories, etc. Overall, easy to use and nice for simple accounting.

Debit & Credit is easy to use and I love how I can use it on all my devices. Right now I'm going to learn the budget section.
