Description

Learn Spanish, French, Italian, German, and many more languages with Babbel. Developed by a team of language learning experts, Babbel has helped millions of people speak a new language with confidence. THE BABBEL METHOD Here’s what makes Babbel more effective than any other language learning app: 1. Confidence — Our goal is to get you speaking from your very first lesson. And our elegantly designed courses give you the confidence to get there. We teach you how to engage in practical, everyday conversations, making it easier for you to have authentic experiences in your new language. 2. Comprehension — Our lessons immerse you in relevant culture and real-life conversations. We want you to really take in the language, not just memorize useless phrases. And we provide helpful hints in English (or your native language) to make your new language more relatable. 3. Retention — We know you’re busy. That’s why our lessons are short but sweet: about 10-15 minutes, and designed to send your new language straight to long-term memory. We regularly refresh your memory with our dynamic review sessions, which target areas where you need improvement most. Finally, we make sure you really grasp what you’re learning by bringing it back later in a new context. Theres no language course for the language Hebrew! Would you guys consider adding that language please! I know that Duolingo and Rosetta Stone have a hebrew course, along with Memrise, Mango, and Drops! Would you please add Hebrew! 😭

Oh, 1-2 lessons, and then pay! Wasn’t even helpful If you are looking for free, try duo. If you are looking for quality, try rosetta stone.

I really enjoy using Babbel. The only problem I have with this app is every time I want to continue with the next lesson it either takes forever to load or there’s an error. I want to be able to use this app, everyday, not every other day.

I have been using this app for a week and feel like i am learning fast. I having been using another immersion app and really didn’t understand the tenses etc. and it has already been covered in the first few lessons. I like this app for how it moves, and its development.

I had years of French when I was younger and just wanted a refresh. I used Duolingo for 6 months and felt like trying Babbel since there was a lot of buzz about it. It’s become repetitive and boring. The microphone rarely operates properly and I’m not learning. In fact, some of the French I have ingrained in my head is totally different in Babbel. I have even checked out the translations elsewhere. My 3 month subscription is over in one month and I’ve already cancelled it. Not worth the money. Sorry, Babbel. I gave it a shot and I wanted to like your courses but not worth the cost.
  • Poor way to learn

I’ve found Duolingo to be a better app to start learning a language. Babbel seems to be made for those already familiar with a language but want to become better.
