Here you’ll also find ways to get more out of your devices and improve your home setup. Create routines that allow you to turn on lights, check the weather, play the news, and more with one simple command. See all the active audio and video streams on all your home devices in one place, change their volumes, skip to the next track, or quickly change which speakers they’re playing from. Understand what’s going on at home with a glance. The Google Home app is designed to show you the status of your home and keep you up to date with what you missed. Check in on your home anytime and see a recap of recent events. You can also get a notification if something important happens while you’re away. Hi, I am really into tech, I know almost everything about everything. Except this app, it has nice immediate connection to all of my google devices except there is so much on the app, so much is all spread out! It is so hard to find. I just recently merged my google account with my nest account. Now all of my nest devices are not on my google home app! Nor on my google home hub!!! I would like this fixed, than maybe I would give a better review 😢

I love the speaker and if you’ve got a smart home it’s great but, I bought the speaker so I could listen to my apple podcasts and YouTube videos which, for most other similar products ( Alexa ) is a non issue. Unfortunately you can’t just use it as a Bluetooth speaker to play and content through. I support google and think their products are great but they missed the mark on this one. Sorry guys...

No longer accepts my voice for 2 out of 7 smart lights. Won’t let me control one of my google minis though I’m part of the home. No longer allows me or my kids to add products to my shopping list. Shopping list now takes more steps to open up.

My shopping list used to pop up as an option - but it’s gone. Makes me sad

Why is it so hard to add the function of seeing whether a device/groups of lights are on/off from the main home page, without having to click on it and go to another screen? Every other app on the planet has this. Why not google home? I prefer home mini over Alexa, but this problem makes me not want to totally make the switch.

Too many apps to control music, and the speakers lose wireless connection all the time and just stop playing.
