    I should not have to give you my personal information such as my Facebook or email to use this app! It’s obvious that you guys are selling our tracked locations to other companies and that is just plain wrong. Also you cleared all my active Tiles so I had to add them again. I will be researching your competition and going with them in the future.
  • Scam, buyer beware

    I’ve purchased two tile sports and neither function properly after just a couple of months. I’ve reached out to Tile multiple times to resolve my issues and they won’t return my calls or emails. Update: Tile finally read my review and reached out but asked that I reference my review, a ticket number, and some other onerous task. Putting the burden on the customer seems to be the new way of doing things. It’s like self checkout, but even more confusing and frustrating. If Tile actually cared about customer experience, they’d remove all of the roadblocks and not add more while telling you how sorry they are.

    Rarely review apps, but the new update which changes the way tile connects to Bluetooth has pretty much killed the functionality. Everything is slower, less reliable, and I can tell I am not the only one that thinks this. I really hope you all revert back to the old method. We all hate it and it should be obvious.
  • Unreliable after the changes made to find method

    After they made the changes to the way the tile works my keysmart no longer finds my phone reliably. I finally pick up the phone then unlock it then tile will go off. Pointless.

    I’ve had Tile for a while and I bought it to put it in things that I missed placed like my keys, my wallet. but now when you open the app by the time it takes to even locate the item and much signals it. you’ve had plenty of time to walk around and find your lost item.

    Let me opt out of getting the premium messages. You are just ticking off customers who will never subscribe to this service and maybe ones that would in the future.
  • Regret buying tile

    I hate the new version of this app every time I try to look for my keys or phone the app is disconnected from Bluetooth.
  • Constant nag for location is unacceptable

    App abuses push notifications to nag for location services constantly. Totally unacceptable design.
