Welcome to Tile, the world’s largest lost and found. Tile makes tiny Bluetooth trackers and a companion app that allow you to locate lost or misplaced items in seconds — like your phone, keys, and wallet. Compatible with Tile Mate, Tile Slim and Tile Original. You can order Tiles at http://www.thetileapp.com *Ring your things. Attach or stick Tile devices to anything you don’t want to lose and use the app to ring your stuff when you’re within Bluetooth range. With Tile Slim and Tile Mate you can pick from one of four unique ringtones. *Ring your phone. Can't find your phone? Press any one of your Tile devices to make your lost phone ring —even if it's on silent. *See where you had it last. Keep the app running in the background and it will automatically record the last time and place it saw your item on a map. So, if you left it somewhere, you know where to look first. *Ask others to help. Still can't find your Tiled item? Our “Notify When Found” feature puts every device running the Tile app on the lookout for your lost stuff. If anyone comes within Bluetooth range of your Tile, we'll let you know where it is. This feature is 100% private, so no one knows you're looking for a lost item but you. *Find your phone from any device. Our app turns any phone or tablet into a virtual Tile. Simply download the app on all of your devices — and use the app on one of your devices to find another. Plus, you can use our voice calling feature to call another device from the app — even on silent — to help you get in touch with whoever may have picked up your lost phone.  Notes: * The app utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Tiles. The maximum range is up to 300 ft for Tiles Pro 2018. * The app utilizes Location Services to record the last known location of your Tiles, based on your phone’s geo-location data. * Continued use of GPS or Bluetooth running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Tile Premium: Tile Premium offers an enhanced finding experience with exclusive features like Smart Alerts, Location History and Unlimited Sharing. Available for a monthly or annual subscription ($2.99/month or $29.99/year). You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings. • Uses push notifications to spam you

    By Lanoitarus
I have explicitly chosen not to share my location with tile for privacy reasons, but tile sends a push notification to my device DAILY nagging me to share location. This must be a violation of developer policy and it is certainly user hostile. Im a paying customer and I made a decision, honor that choice!
  • Product rarely works

    By Therealfarmerjohn
I’ve had Tile for a year and the product works about a third of the time. I’ve contacted customer service which was difficult to communicate with since it’s been outsourced and they sent me new tiles. The new tiles will not communicate with my phone or my phone with the Tiles most of the time. Tile constantly sends unnecessary emails. Please do not email me in an attempt to change my review, I’m dissatisfied with this product.
  • No longer able to disconnect the Bluetooth connected in the latest update

    By Mike ˊ_>ˋ
They took out the ability to disconnect the Bluetooth connection to tile in the latest update. I am having bluetooth interference issue with my Bluetooth speaker. I used be able to resolve by temporarily disable the tile Bluetooth connection to tile while I am connecting to my speaker. Now I cannot do it. Thanks a lot for the update that took out a feature.
  • Tile Replacement

    By Update2012w
I like the purpose of this device since I’m always misplacing my keys and my phone. The HUGE down side to this is that once the battery runs out they want you to go and buy another one. This little devices are not cheap and it adds up. I will not be replacing mine again.
  • Secret code introduced

    By Mr. Protocol
“In this release, we’ve further improved the app...” This is all they ever say. How comfortable do you feel in running a string of new releases when you have no idea what they’ve been doing to the code?
  • Solid app

    By rwishnoo
Would love you guys too more features like a feature I would suggest is the battery life indication of key smart pro!!!!
  • Needs LTE version

    By AZ_Doc
Love the Bluetooth Tile but Tile needs to create an LTE version like Samsung.
  • Perfect... but one annoying flaw

    By Aetolia
Great but with one big problem. I accidentally hit the button all the time and my phone rings— even when my phone is set not to ring. Only a problem because I accidentally hit it all the time... wish there was a way to either 1. Set it to tap it twice before it rings my phone or 2. give the app an option to turn that feature off. Every phone has find my phone.
  • Stopped working tiles now a boat anchor

    By AStrand
    No product support.
  • Premium Buggy, No Support

    By UCLARugby
The original Tile is pretty good. However, premium isn’t worth it if you have more than one location in Smart Alerts. So, if you leave home without the item, you get an alert. However, if you leave work but didn’t have the item to begin with, you get an alert that you left work without it. I’ve given feedback about the issue multiple times and no response. Add to that, that you have to respond to whether the alert was helpful. If you choose ‘No’ you are forced to type a text remark every single time. That is ridiculous.
