    I’ve gotten in better shape than I’ve been in the last 15 years using this app. A couple recommendations: The journeys need to save my info so it’s not having to learn about my fitness level all over again every time I start a new journey. Need to be able to make modifications to the plan in the middle of the work out week. Stuff happens. The gps tracking for runs is glitchy and too easy to accidentally turn off or reset in the middle of a run.

    I have been using Frreletics for 2.5 years. I loved the app when I discovered it and immediately got the coach. When you created Journeys, I thought, you guys are really awesome, how could this get any better? Then you integrated running and now I think you guys are simply BRILLIANT! Well done Freeletics team, I am a huge fan and really appreciate your thoughtful and very intelligent use of product design, technology and delivery to help me achieve my goals.

  • Apple Watch Bug

    I’ve force quit the app on my Apple Watch several times but it keeps reopening itself and telling me to select a workout, meanwhile logging every minute since I opened the app during my work out this morning. The activity app currently says I’ve worked out for 205 minutes and counting, which sounds great but is definitely not true. Steps to repro: 1) launch app on phone, start workout 2) mid workout launch Apple Watch app 3) continue to use app on phone to progress through the workout. Finish workout 4) Apple Watch app still counting even though the interface says select workout. :(

    I started using the free training version of the app 3 years ago. I was out of shape and had no idea how to build a work out plan/program. I worked out with it every day. Last year I purchased the trainer version and I have not been disappointed. I have made so much progress. I recommend this work out program to people all the time. I love this app

    Trust!! Have faith and trust in this app that the workouts will get you where you want to be. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Even the smallest work outs seem like they kick your butt. This app is absolutely amazing! It keeps you on the right track of getting in shape and staying in shape. It will gradually increase your reps and keep pushing yourself to be a more in shape person than who you were yesterday. If you are a person that’s always traveling, this app will trailer to to you. There are plenty of “hotel room” workouts. Bottom line, get the app and pay for the subscription!!! You will not regret it.
