  • So frustrated. Literally doesn’t work, even as subscriber.

    By CdP12345
There is something really broken with this app on all of my devices (TV, iPad, iPhone) where it doesn’t recognize my subscription but yet it does. I.e., every page tells me to start a free trial to access the content, and every time I click on it, it tells me I have an active subscription (which I do and pay 20/month for). I’ve reached out to Alo but until they respond, one star is what this deserves.

    Best yoga app out there!
  • The best for yoga and fitness

Instructors and classes are the absolute best. The excessive amount of Alo branding gets on my nerves sometimes, but I’ll deal with it for the amazing instructors. 🤘
  • Amazing classes. Okay app.

    By kaliekm
The range of classes and instructors in this app is simply amazing. I have a long work day so cannot make it to classes and this gives me a solid practice on my own time. I love that there are series that you can follow or choose single classes. I amgetting back to yoga after a few years off from my practice and these series have helped to build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a focused practice. The app interface is a bit buggy but not terrible. Filters are somewhat okay to use. I wish there was a way to organize my practice into folders or types of classes. Merging the stats with my practice would also be a good feature. But none of that takes away from the access to this amazing content. Overall it’s a great experience and well worth the 20 a month subscription fee.
  • Glitchy and Slow

    By leaonaras_
I appreciate the concept of this app very much, hence my subscription. However, the quality of the app has been disappointing to me, as it is very glitchy. On my iPad, which is 4th gen, purchased in 2014, up to date on iOS, the app will not load at all, it glitches and shuts down within one or two clicks. Alright, adapting, I choose to use the app on my iPhone. While this works better (as in I can actually watch a video), it is incredibly glitchy and sluggish. At times videos do not load at all, so it’s really a mixed bag if I will actually get to practice with Alo or not. Considering this is a paid subscription, I really expected better app development, and because of this am considering canceling my subscription in the coming months. Just adding this to review commons as an honest experience for anyone who may be considering purchasing this app.
  • Chrome Cast function does not work

    By soccerokr
Content is great. App is getting better, however casting to my TV is critical and it would be great if I could cast from the app instead of having to use a computer
  • Disappointed

    By XenaWoman
I’ve paid my monthly and the app continues to tell me “start free trial” no way to get my classes back or anything. I’m going to call ITunez get a refund and RUN
  • Glitching bad

Every time I log a class now it logs it three times in a row immediately. At first I thought I’d done it on accident, but it’s doing it on its own.
  • Overwhelming for someone new

    By Antilabel13
The videos look really nice and I’m sure instruction is top tier. You can filter by difficulty but there is an overwhelming amount of material here for someone new to this realm of exercise. I don’t really know where to begin, where to go next, where I need more work. It would be great if there was a “suggested learning path” in the series or something that gave good suggestions on where to start for beginners and then where to go from there. It would be helpful to have “suggested videos/classes” based on where you are at and where you want to get to. Everything looks great but there is just too many options and I feel intimidated and overwhelmed. Maybe there could be a survey type feature where you can say your level of experience, lay out any injuries or anything so you avoid say handstands and stuff if you have a shoulder problem, time of day you are most likely to do the workout so you aren’t being suggested to do morning yoga if you are more likely to workout at night. Then it could suggest the best courses/classes for you and help you build a comprehensive “my practice” profile.
  • SCAM!!!

    By agrnca
I downloaded this up and signed up for the 14 day trial. After one workout the app and account completely disappeared - no records on my app history or subscriptions. I couldn’t even remember the name of the app so couldn’t look for it. I’m being charged for it because the trial is over however I can’t sign up to cancel as the account is non existent!!! This is ridiculous!
