    Good game but I can’t get my saved information to transfer from one device to a new device. I’m logged in on both. No luck. I don’t feel the need to start over and lose everything I have.

    Ok, I love playing this game and I do like all of the room choices; however I hate the constant freezing, up nobility to earn daubs. I mean you have to play thousands of games to get a new anything daub, room, board. I have had this bingo app for years and it’s becoming so annoying. Winning in games like “Spring Has Sprung” is nearly impossible😡 winning in the tournament is NOT possible at all. I never bingo in the tournament in over 11 years. You should do your customers right. This is all crap. So now I only play when I’m extremely bored 😐

    The bingo itself is fun but there are way to many ads. A lot of the time it’s back to back to back etc. it’s very frustrating especially when there are so many more apps out there to choose from.

    I really enjoy the gameplay but there are many incidents when I feel that the game could be better. Some of the specials for he week take way too long to complete. I wish there were more ways to earn gems for free.

    After reaching level 200 something, the game all of a sudden just stopped offering new rooms. The last room I got into is Spring Rain, and no matter what I did and how games I played in that room, I have had no new room to advance to. I contacted customer support multiple times and only got their templated email response. I never got any answer or explanation.
