    I found out the hard way that I have to continue to use this...when I try on my own I gain weight, as I am guesstimating and not doing a very good job, or a very objective one!

    I love how easy it is to use and how you can sync your workouts with this app as well I use 3 different workout apps and the calories I burn sync into this one. If only they included more brands and more authentic Mexican food would be great other than that it’s amazing!
  • Easiest way to Track Food

    Title says it all! Love this app so much. I have tried myFitnessPal and Weight Watchers and prefer MyPlate above them all. The only thing I’d love to see added would be a section to put what time you eat the meal but otherwise it offers everything you’d need to track food. Even has recipe suggestions!

  • Good But Disappointing

    Being disabled and not able to walk quickly, I thought I discovered the perfect app. There is “walking with crutches,” “walking pushing a wheelchair,” “walking for pleasure;” I have never seen such variety for disabled people. So why only three stars you may ask: There is no refrigerator to save food in 😩. It appears I would need to write everything in again, even if I ate that particular food item two days later. I would encourage the developers of My Plate to add a refrigerator to save items in. I believe you have a good product here, one that anybody could use. I must sadly say that I must delete your app. It would be discouraging to keep recording the same items. I will be checking in to see if a refrigerator was added, then I will redownload the app.
  • app freezes when entering breakfast

    This app has helped me lose almost 25 lbs since Feb, but with the most recent update, it freezes every time I hit the Breakfast button, and I have to force quit. I’ve been entering all of my breakfasts under lunch. Any chance of a fix?
  • A nice resource

    It’s nice to be able to track what you’re eating and to be aware of what’s going in your body(how many carbs, proteins, and Fats) and to know what your diet is ultimately made up of. I haven’t had drastic change myself in my body weight yet, but I am now aware of what I’m eating and how I can make a change and I have lost a few pounds so far. It’s also nice to have a free platform that not only tracks your food, but also tracks your water intake, exercises, weight, and gives healthy food options, as well as simple exercises

    With the last update, app takes 30 secs or more every time you touch any button. Do not update the app if you are using still iOS 12.
