  • Headspace changed my life

    By jordstein
Before downloading Headspace, I only knew a little bit about meditation. I have been using it now for two years, and my days aren’t the same without my daily meditation. This app keeps me accountable, encourages me when I struggle, and motivates me to keep a consistent practice. I am grateful for Headspace.
  • A teacher’s best friend

This app has been so helpful with starting at a new campus and really helps me stay grounded. Problems aren’t that big, everything will pass and every day is a new day to start again. I’ve tried meditation before but this app really encourages me to do it everyday. After having a few months of intense stress and anxiety every day, I decided to try out the trial of Headspace and found myself really loving it. Within a few weeks my stress was easier to manage and I’m hooked! I did skip a few days recently and those stress levels started rising. So glad I found this app.
  • Great exercises, wonderful design

This app demystifies meditation and has a playful tone, with genuinely enjoyable animations and music to accompany the experience.
  • Extremely beneficial

During a discussion about anxiety, a patient told me that they had started to use this app and found it helpful, then I had one or two more say the same. I figured I’d investigate it, did the trial for about five days before I decided to subscribe. Keep in mind, this does not take the place of therapy, but I’ve found that even though I didn’t think I could benefit from it at the time, it’s been extraordinarily helpful and let’s me “reboot/defrag the hard drive” at the end of the day. I’ve used the soundscapes for sleep, sleep casts, sleep SOS (where you wake up and can’t get back to sleep), and just starting on basics 3 (having completed 1 and 2 over 20 days or so, I aim for one a day). If you have some anxiety, can’t find a way to unwind, download this app. It is easy. It is free. Really if you can breathe and find 10 minutes where you’re not going to be bothered, it can help.
  • Anxiety whom?

I’m such an anxious person, especially at night and this app has saved my life, I swear. I’ve been able to calm myself down every night before bed and haven’t had to use any sleep meds for over 2 weeks (which is the longest it’s been for 6 years). There are lots of meditation apps out there but the visuals on this one are great! There are so many mediations to choose from and they provide lots of white noise sleep aids as well. It also tracks your progress and you get little badges, which is great for people who are motivated through tokens like that! I wish it wasn’t $70, but $70 a year is cheaper than buying sleep aids, anxiety pills, essential oil, CBD and everything else I’ve tried! Highly recommend!

  • There is nothing more important for your life than meditation

This app changes everything. It changes how you think and feel, how you see yourself and even the way you understand your past. Andy is brilliant, kind, funny and genuine. Pay the money and make this your every day, just 10 minutes a day. It’s the best money you’ll ever spend.
  • The single best app in the App Store.

    Worth it 10000%
  • Loved the App. Hate that they charged me $74

    By Kayydvor
I have loved this app. It is really amazing for people who are beginners at mediation. I’ve had this app for a while using the free version until 2 days ago the app charged me $74 for a subscription I never subscribed to. I never touched anything but the free sessions. Was extremely disappointed and deleted the app from my phone. Sad to see it go but it’s not worth that much money.

Going through a really difficult time. Divorce, and abandonment from extended family, while at the same time trying to keep my children happy and achieve my art career goals. Headspace is slowly saving me!!! Love it! PS For me, the male voice is authentic, sincere, and soothing. In contrast, I very much dislike the female voice. It sounds contrived, disingenuous, and reminiscent of an irritating yoga teacher. Like the kind who is nuts but pretends to be calm. Sorry...hope this isn’t offensive. I am sure the person speaking is a lovely person. Maybe she is just nervous or inexperienced. ❤️
