    I have been using this app for the last week ( I'm on week 2 day 3) and I can already tell the difference in how I feel. It started me off very easy and is working me into a full running 5k. I was not in any shape, except maybe round, when I began using this app, but my goal is to be less round by the time I run a 5k and I will succeed with the help of this app. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to install the app on my apple watch.

    I used this app when I started my first weight journey and love, love it! Now I’m using it a second time to help me during post cesarean section to help me get back into shape. I always feel like I’m gonna die the first 4 weeks then magically week 5 I actually feel like I can do it again!! It’s a great app for beginners and people who just want to build their endurance up. Huge help

    This is a nice little app and it does what it is supposed to. It won’t, however, quit writing my workouts to Apple Health. I turn it off and when I come back it is back on. This needs fixed as it is messing up my Apple health data...
