    I paid the year in January, but for 2 solid months now, it keeps telling me I don’t have Pro. I emailed and explained the problem and they didn’t help one bit. I’m not paying for this crap again.

    This was once a great app, but now they’ve blocked all the restaurants and brand names, so finding food to track is difficult. You can unlock these features, but you have to pay a premium cost of $39.99 to get the basic features that I feel should be included! I no longer use this joke of an app.
  • Needs improvement

    I would love to use this app for the carb conscious program, but this app definitely needs improvement. I am a mom to a toddler and I don’t have the time to scan or manually enter everything I eat.. when you search for a food item, I really wished it popped right up the way it does on MyFitnessPal. Entering and logging your food definitely needs to be more efficient for those who need to log it in real quick.

    Buyer beware I would give them zero stars but can’t. I received notification that I was charged for another year. I immediately went in and cancelled my subscription mind you the day I was charged and sent an email asking for a refund. They refused. Customer service means nothing to this company and to top it off the app isn’t worth the money. They bites aren’t accurate and the interface is not user friendly. Avoid this app and company at all costs. There are other ways/apps to track what you are eating without getting caught up in this scam.

    I got this years ago when the national diet company, of which I am a lifetime member, did not invest in its phone apps. Now I’m back at the company and won’t switch to their new app because the database is so good on this one. This has everything you need to track your points easily!

    at first i was very scared of this app losing all my health diet. after a few days i started to love this app and it’s amazing! if you’re looking to track you’re diet and health without wasting paper this is you’re go to. i very much respect this app and can’t wait to see my results!
  • Beware: glorified eating disorder in an app

    This app will not tell you how many calories you’re eating. Yes, the “bites” are useful in order to put things into perspective...if it’s done right. And they should still tell you how many calories you’ve eaten. I decided to add up the number of calories I was eating per day, and the answer is 1000. A mere 1000 calories a day for a 19-year-old girl of 5’5” and 153lb at the time I started. That’s so few calories that doctors recommend against it because it’ll mess up your metabolism and you’ll gain it all back. It’s not even enough to function long term! To make it worse: I was allotted 30 bites a day. If 30 bites is 1000 calories, what’s the minimum, you may ask? Well, the minimum number of bites is 23. So if you’ve been given an allotment of 23 bites a day, you’re eating an estimated 750 calories a day. That is NOT ENOUGH. Yes, it helps you lose weight. But it’s not worth putting yourself at high risk for a restrictive eating disorder, nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, and more.

    This app is the most comprehensive weight program I’ve ever experienced! With so many options as to how you want to track the food you take in. After counting ‘bites’ ie: points for years, I discovered the counting calories option on the app. It’s fabulous. It calculates how many calories I burn exercising, as I track the number of calories I’m taking in. As well as tracking my weight. It then graphs all three to show your average during any period. Your choice. Weight loss boils down to burning more calories than you take it. It’s that simple. I haven’t found a food that this app couldn’t calculate the calories on or wasn’t in the huge data base. It’s a life changing fabulous app!!!
