  • So many complaints about downloading issues but no fix

    I too am having problems downloading recent issues of Time. I am now 7 issues behind. It appears that this has been going on for months already. Seriously?!?
  • App is worthless

    The Ipad app stopped showing new issues in the Library several weeks ago. I have an account paid for. Attempts to work with this app did not work. I refuse pay double for print and digital, which is what I see. I cannot locate any tech support options. Problem solved now. Time should make support more obvious. I will raise rating to 3 stars.
  • Problem App

    I’ve been a subscriber to Time for years and used my iPad to read while traveling. I can no longer download and read current issues. Every time I try to select a current issue I’m asked to purchase the issue. I’ve reloaded the app and logged back in and have the same problem. I’m rethinking whether or not to renew my Time subscription if this is the way long term customers are treated.

    Ever since the new digital version was installed, I have to get help to restore my purchases, meaning to read each new magazine online rather than my print version! This needs fixing!!!
  • Unbelievably bad app for a major magazine!

    I’m an IT professional and yet I cannot keep this app working. I have been a print and digital subscriber for years, and I find that after upgrades, it becomes impossible for me to access magazines without being asked to pay for them! It is truly disrespectful to a great magazine to have this piece of crap application associated with it!

    I’ve canceled my subscription. Time used to be my go to source for unbiased news coverage. Now, it’s complete garbage, a Trump enabling rag that further deepens the division in the United States. (The cover with Trump stretching his time in office into the future was the final straw) In a quest for “click worthy” news headlines, you’ve lost sight of your objectivity.
  • Cannot resolve digital-access problems

    Will be dropping my print subscription due to inability to access current digital issues (they are lagging 3/4 weeks behind) nor the archived material available in the TIME vault. This applies to the iPad app, as well as Windows laptop and Android devices via the web portal. No satisfactory answers from TIME/Meredith tech-support team as to why this is the case, nor if/when it will be fixed.
