  • AT&T doesn’t use the app as intended

I don’t know for a fact, but based on my brief use of the app, I think AT&T just uses this app to collect metadata for whatever purpose. I live less than 1 mile (it’s probably 1/2 mile away) a new AT&T cell tower (it’s the new kind where it looks like just a tall, cylinder) no equipment on the top or outside of it. Despite that, I average 1-2 bars (mostly 1 bar) at my house. I’m currently using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and have 1 bar, my 8 plus was the same, and the 7,6,5,etc. I thought this app might give some insight on how myself and fellow AT&T users with brand new phones get terrible service living so close to a tower, but I received no reply or response through the app. It’s useless
  • It does nothing

I have on this application for the past seven years. I have must’ve complained approximately 80 times. All you get back is we are working to improve the network in your area.Totally worthless waste of time.
  • Needs refinement

This app needs to be updated and made more current looking and more functional or dropped and incorporated into another utility that offers the options and features this was to support
  • Nice that they put this out, but ZERO ACTION

I’ve been submitting some of the same serious recurring problems for years. All you ever get in the app is they are “currently experiencing a technical issue in this area”, but that’s the same status I got two years ago when dropping calls and not connecting and nothing has ever improved and the status has not changed. It would be one thing if that were one spot that’s hard to solve, but dozens in the same situation with zero improvement and no change in status? AT&T are a bunch of clowns. Collect collect collect money, but little improvement in service or value. This app is one example of doing virtually nothing on serious, actionable customer data, and shows that AT&T could give two sh*#ts about the experience and satisfaction of their customers.

Hey AT&T, 2008 called. It wants its app back. This app is completely useless and does nothing
  • Abandoned

This app has obviously been abandoned.
  • Seriously outdated

This app dearly could use an update. It still doesn’t support the iPhone X and newer form factors. Sometimes I tap buttons and the whole app screen goes blank.
  • Black hole

I’ve been using this app for 3 months now. I’m convinced no action is taken or no one reads these because the service in the area I mark has not improved after numerous reports. This is ridiculous. I’m either forced to move homes or cell phone service providers. Obviously it’ll be the cell phone provider over the home.
  • Needs new update and new UI

Thanks att and staff I reported many locations with some issues and and many more places,it’s not to cause any problems just I want to contribute to built a better of coverage and better services for any costumers like me.
  • Same old barely working app.

I do think AT&T actually listens to the feedback from the app (eventually) but the app needs some serious refresh. For example all of the (few) tips it provides are really dated. iOS 4??? Come on.
