It's makes life so much easier but can't any admin of this app look at your info and log into what ever it is?

I can’t believe how many people, even in IT, don't use a password keeper like LastPass. I have used one other product, that managed to scramble my password. LastPass had one issue for me that was duplicating passwords. I contacted support, and they were able to give correction without having to delete my fault or even have them look at my vault. That coupled with their two-factor app that backs my tokens up, so I don't have to do anything when I get a new phone or have to wipe my phone. LastPass is my number one recommend app for anyone. I am on the helpdesk at my company and am requesting they offer this app to all of our users.

The product is so easy and simply to use. I created complex, long passwords for every application I use. It’s worth every penny! It’ll keep my banking and crypto safe from hackers!
  • LastPass is the supposed to be the product

#ProductMeNot After multiple attempts at using LogMeIn’s LastPass acquisition to export MY passwords, I gutted the vault put in a random password I can’t read or remember and spaced this app. I’m taking my identity back and I’m not letting anyone else use it or treat me as a product. I’m the customer. Not my bank card, not the places where I log in, ME! You devs need to get this through your thick skulls. You need US more than we need you. This is the start of something big. Get with the program, because I won’t recommend a single of your products until you do. I’m putting ALL abusers of my data on notice!

  • Locked out ... where is the email verification?

I need into my safe. Yes, it’s from a new computer... you “claim” you send me an email... WHERE IS IT? if you are going to use a poor system for authentication... you should make sure you are able to send the email.

i love lastpass but im really confused about why you moved the search bar to the left sidebar. now, despite the large size of the ipad screen, i cant even read the search results because they dont fit in the sidebar. please fix this and go back to the way it was. this change was unnecessary and detrimental.

As in non-existent. My password doesn’t work and Last Pass tells me I’m not allowed to reset it. Whom do I contact? They don’t say. Pretty much at this point they’re saying “you’re screwed!” Try someone else. Have used long enough to store over 100 passwords and now locked out permanently!

Love this app - my stuff is locked down good, and yet easily accessible to me and my wife.
  • Keychain is easier

Since I’m strictly on 3 Apple products, I just stick with keychain. If I were to start paying I would probably go with LastPass
