Very good App and very economical. I've used it as my only phone going on two years. My only ongoing problem with Line2 is, and have on two occasions discussed this with the Tech Dept. Is too many times I can't make a call due to the "No VoIP Connection." Otherwise I like Line2.This has been corrected. No more problem. Great service. I recommend Line2 to anyone who wants a great economical phone. Thank you.
  • Poor customer service

Poor communication... when you need a live rep email is the way they prefer. Which is ridiculous paying for a service but customer service is never available.
  • Calls don’t come through.

Unfortunately customer service has been nonresponsive and phone calls on the receiving end do not come through to my forwarded phone. Also, outbound calls have been quite poor in their reception and quality.

Unable to switch to speaker phone. Shoddy connection over WiFi. There’s a bug to where you have to constantly sign in and out to see if you have any new calls or voicemails. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Gets the job done but really really glitchy. I would cancel but I don’t want any porting issues.

Good: It’s committed to its purposes for me. Bad: Unreliable, doesn’t even notify you rather the call is coming from your native line or Line2 (unlike other apps I have used). There seem to be a gliche every day. Making it hard to trust the product. Can reach customer care and also can’t make adjustments like with your native phone. Ugly: The price is not worth the product. I do month to month because one of these non-busy days I hope to switch applications because for 9.99+taxes monthly is NOT worth it. Please trust me. This is a complete unbiased review. I still do use them just being honest but as soon as I have time to search another app I will end services.

Maybe I’m not using this correctly but I seem to have a lot of dropped calls and missed calls. Had a coworker make some changes and now I’m missing calls from my main number. Works well when it works but has issues. I wish they had a tech to help with proper set up but oh well.
  • Strong start - turned to horrible connection issues

At first I was very happy with line 2. Then about after a week of using app I started having connection issues. I had to start giving out my personal cell number to clients. I can fix the connection issues by changing some settings in the background but then I lose the ability to see actual phone numbers and the ability to distinguish between personal and business calls at a glance. I have yet to call the company and see if they can help. I will amend my review if they can fix it all so I get what I thought I was purchasing. If not I will ask for my money back.
