My subscription renewed, even though I haven’t been able to use the service for weeks now. Just cancelled. Irritated. Also, when I try to report the problem, it wants me to sign in with my phone number, which I entered in from their email to me. But when I enter it in? “It looks like you don’t have an account! Sign up!” Gah!

The only thing I have a problem with is the sound quality. You can tell there is an obvious different. The app itself and ease of use is great.
  • Mostly great but one flaw

Lots of features and options which I love, but I have reoccurring issues with poor sound quality while on a call. Yes some is attributable to proximity to modem, but other times I’m standing right next to it and I still have delays or jumbled voices. I’m using an iPhone 6 if that makes any difference?

Line 2 is great. It’s wonderful to have a different line for business without having to get a new phone .
  • Love it so far but....

First time using it for my business today. Experienced some poor connection issues during an important phone call today while using it on a private secured WiFi connection. I’m hoping when I’m away from the office using my LTE service this doesn’t get worse. Love the simplicity but I’m concerned. Hope this was just a fluke issue. If not, I’ll need to cancel.
  • Brief and unhappy encounter

Signed up live with help desk support sounded great. Got inside and learned the downsides: —Pricing described by Line2 guy for my specific situation was wrong. He told me it would be $14.95 a month. Actual cost for what I told him I needed was $59.80 a month. —He told me he was signing me up for pro level service. Once inside, I found i wasn’t. Had to upgrade to get promised features. —Audio quality for greetings recorded through Line2 system was terrible. Sounded as though voice was muffled by heavy blanket. Had to record greeting with 3rd party app to get quality that is needed —Never could figure out how to activate attendant feature. Online help was useless. —Tried calling the help line. Poor experience. The prompts did not work half the time and the system hung up on me multiple times. —After losing one afternoon trying to wrangle this thing into usefulness, I gave up and cancelled it. Guess what. I prepaid for a month and no refunds. So I spent the upfront money and my time for absolutely no benefit. Don’t bother with this cheap and junky system. Even at the low price, not worth it.

Switched our land-line to Line2 from Vonage. With Vonage if the internet was down or slow we would never get calls. With Line 2, if the internet is down, the 2 cell phones and the 2 computers and iPad all receive the calls and text messages (didn’t have that with Vonage) so we never miss an important call.

Really pleased overall. The VOIP quality is generally very good. Transcriptions of voicemails are accurate. I repurchased a subscription for another year. Good company.
