  • App Keeps Stopping

Reoccurring problem. Causing inaccurate runs. Happens multiple times a run and I need to restart it
  • Syncing Issues

Not sure if it’s my Fitbit or Runkeeper, but my runs won’t sync from Fitbit to Runkeeper. I’ll have to disconnect my Fitbit and reconnect. Once I do that, it syncs, but shows it took 500+ hours to complete my run.

The best. Have used for over 5 years. Tried a couple other trackers but none works as well as Rinkeeper for me!

Loved the early version where the marathon, half marathon prep regimen were free. Seems this app is slowly monetizing everything.

Because of Runkeeper I have been able to fulfill some lifelong dreams.
  • Used to work

The app used to work. Now after the iOS update, I start my run fine, but when I finish, the Runkeeper is not open and tracking my run. When I go into the app it’s only tracked the first few minutes.
  • Wearing long sleeves? Don’t

This watch app comes on automatically when using iPhone app. And it stays on. If you wear a warm up jacket or long sleeves it may turn the app off in the middle of your work out. And that’s exactly what has happened to me on numerous occasions. My advice, uninstall the watch app.
  • Failed to count ANY distance

In the last 2 runs, Runkeeper failed both times! The little voice said it started... but when I finished the run, I had logged 1 hour with ZERO DISTANCE! ... This is So disappointing! Runkeeper has always worked seamlessly until this latest Apple OS upgrade!
