  • Used to be great!!!!! Forget

    By Memelemouton
Bugged with freezes, won’t sync training plans. I had the problem with the Chicago marathon. Even the in-app contact support is bugged “couldn’t send your report” If you’re in real running/ training, forget about this app.
  • Can’t even calculate pace correctly

    By HappyHackerHackman
How can you offer running software and not even be able to calculate the pace correctly?! It is often several seconds off. Should track splits in 10ths of a second or even 100ths. Adding up each split should match total time, at least not be off by several seconds.
  • Something is wrong...

    By xaxx.
Something is wrong with the app. We just tracked a “dog walk” workout that was 2.78 miles. While it was tracking the walk, the distance was totally off. And by the end of the 2.78 miles, it said we had only walked 1.19 miles distance. Then when I stopped the workout and went to the log, it still only says 1.19 miles distance. We triple checked, using multiple methods, that it was actually 2.78 miles - the app is just incorrect. BUT... When I go to my workout logs and choose to edit the workout, and the choose “select route” and then choose the “my routes” tab on top... it shows today’s walk with the correct distance of 2.78 miles. The same thing happened on yesterdays walk.....can you guys fix the app? We bought these shoes expecting this service to work... By the way, I tried to submit this feedback in the app from the help, contact us section, but every time I clicked to submit it it gives an error on the top saying it could not submit it at this time and to try again later....
  • Severe incorrect calorie count

    By deptyuohkl
I really enjoy this app and have used it often, until recently it has not been counting my calories correctly in a significant way. I use the app to track my running on my Apple Watch along with the activity app from Apple. At first, I was able to start them both on my watch at the same time and both apps would keep track correctly until the past month. Neither one would track my calories correctly. While trying to figure out what is wrong, I have taken mapmyrun app of my Apple Watch and the activity app from Apple’s calorie count has came out correctly. I really like the mapmyrun app, so I am going to try tracking it just on my IPhone . But I am bummed it isn’t working correctly so I can track them both on my Apple Watch.
  • Privacy Settings Need Improvement!

    By Katrina0203
I love Map My Run *except* for the lack of home-base privacy settings. This is a big deal for me in order to feel safe, which is why I deducted 2 stars for this. What I mean by this is: I want to be able to hide my home location (mapping) from everyone without having to delete the whole activity. Strava and Garmin offer this protection, so I know the technology exists. I don’t want people knowing my home address, so I have to go and delete every single activity I do in my neighborhood from Map My Run... Annoying 😕
  • Broken after upgrade to 19.19.0

    By Long flight
Freezes when you go to dashboard. Can’t load new gear either. It’s almost like my profile is no longer attached to the app, even though I can see the profile record. I can’t see my plan, my routes, or past runs.
  • App won’t sync between phone and Apple Watch

    By JoDeeGN
In the 10 or so times I’ve used the premium version only once has the app and my watch actually synced. I’ve followed all the instructions online for fixing this and have uninstalled and installed the app on both devices countless times. Usually it just double logs my workouts when I start the app on my phone and watch when it’s clear it isn’t going to kick in on my watch. And then I have delete the incorrect watch workout that has all bpm info. I am close to canceling my subscription because today it got worse — I didn’t start the app on my Apple Watch when I ran. After the run the app started on my watch and keeps restarting itself hours later logging false steps, miles and calories on my watch and health app. Why is this so difficult? I’ve used plenty of other apps on my phone and watch. Shouldn’t Under Armour have long ago figured out how to make this work seamlessly?
  • Heart rate

    By Gravaman
I need heart rate monitoring. I have to use another app for that: Heart Graph .
  • A mess since iOS update

    By gnevard
This app is a total mess - syncing with Apple Watch is completely broken since iOS 13 update. Nothing syncs properly. When something actually syncs no data is available, everything is out of order and the app has become unstable with crashes regularly. The watch app freezes during workouts and doesn’t record proper distance (totally sporadic). Apple Watch series 3, latest version of iOS and app. iPhone XR with latest software as well. Fix quick before I get comfortable with one of the competitor apps I’ve downloaded to use while tbis one is messed up.
