  • Group member names don’t match profile

    By Micki J
Great app for the most part but towards the evening, it appears several profile names start with new introductions giving a different name. I’m beginning to wonder if some of these are robotic and not the same person who’s been in communication earlier in the day.
  • False advertising

You actually have to pay to use the group chat. Not worth it
  • Lies

They say you can cancel for free within 7 days but provide no way to cancel. I am reporting to apple. They are a scam.
  • Wanted to love it

I wanted to love this app, but within a couple days I hated it. For some people it might be a good fit. But I’m not looking for a support group and the messages became annoying. I thought I would enjoy the programs, but they are slow and the canned/forced responses are lame. Moving on to another App
  • It costs money

After a long survey they try to get you to pay
  • Money Grab

While the concept of the app is great, the setup process is very lengthy, only to discover that one must pay a monthly fee to take part in the group discussion - which was my main reason for getting this app. The most frustrating part is that my phone is going off with alerts every couple of minutes for posts in the group that I can’t access. The ‘help’ articles are generic and easily found elsewhere for free. Skip this one unless you want to pay for support.
  • Not Free

To actually participate you have to get a membership, which they don’t tell you until AFTER you waste time answering all the questions for your profile.
  • A little scammy

    By NotVeryHelpful
The content is “meh” at best, and addresses drinking habits with canned responses via fake text. It’s not any mind blowing info, just read any number of books on the subject. The network building is the one worthwhile part, and I actually considered staying for a bit until I realized that they don’t make it easy to unsubscribe, after you answer a ton on questions just to see the pricing. Seems more about making money than helping people.

  • Good app! Helping me moderate my drinking

    By gbggotts
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and for the most part I really like it. It has helped me immensely. I especially love the group I’ve been assigned to. Everyone is very encouraging and it’s interesting to hear others’ stories, and gather ideas and tips. I have some suggestions that I feel would make this app five star+: Add a calendar so that we have a visual of our drinking, sobriety or urges. Use symbols. Perhaps one color for a drink, another for a dry day and another color for urges. **I’ve also had an issue with insights and reminders. I have found insights to be incorrect on several occasions. Plus, I’ve received several notifications that I have x number of drinks left towards my goal, and usually they’re off by at least one. This is frustrating when one is relying on this information for encouragement to quit or moderate drinking. The other issue is that when entering a drink or an urge, I cannot go back and correct mistakes.. even while I’m still in that particular function of the app. And I can’t go back and edit an entry. So if these things were to be implemented or corrected, I will happily change my rating to 5 stars. :) Thank you for this app. It is wonderful but will be GREAT with these improvements!
