  • The Recipes Are Everything

I have really enjoyed the workouts on the app and am in my second week of Gunnar Peterson’s 4 week program which has been awesome. On top of the good workouts, the recipes on the app alone are worth every penny! The recipes are super easy and do not take long to make at all which is perfect for a working mom. They have gotten me out of the health food rut of eating the same thing every day!

Not a lot of people are like Chris, though they would download the app as soon as they hear they can become like chris for free. Then, they instantly download it to later realize that you need a lot of money for it, though it is a good app for wealthy, I didnt feel like spending my money on this.

I used to h a t e working out. It made me feel uncomfortable. But the Centr app dragged me to it ! I now actually miss working out when I’m busy with life. The variety of trainings are so interesting and makes me feel alive with a kick of rush ! Plus the food is a m a z i n g !! & the meditation section is phenomenal ♥️ Now.. I feel healthy, light-weighted, energized, & thankful 🙏🏼 never lived like this before ! PS: I lost 5 lbs / 2kg in 11 days + I feel fitter 💪🏼

I downloaded Centr to abuse the free week trial because I was thinking about going vegetarian, realized I had no idea what any vegetarian recipes that were not carb-heavy were, and thought I’d grab their basic platform, steal a few recipes, and get out of dodge. Then the problem happened: it’s a freaking amazing app. The food is some of the best I’ve ever made: easy, not too expensive and quick. If you’ve ever wanted someone to tell you exactly what to eat and do to get fit, this is the app for you. Pair it with a grocery delivery service and you have something that kicks the pants off of Blue Apron. There are tons of great workouts. The meditations are soothing. The Facebook community is the bomb. And it works, I already lost some weight. I bought the year subscription (more than I’ve ever paid for an app), and I haven’t regretted it once. Give it a try; I bet you’ll end up in my situation.

I want to love this app. It, in theory, has everything you’d want. But you can’t access it! The meditations won’t play, there’s issues with selecting new trainers, a few other glitches. If they cleaned this up it would be perfect.
  • Amazing App

This is the only fitness app I’ve stuck with because not only is it very beautifully designed, but it also covers all the life “elements”. From fitness to functional training, to delicious meal plans, to amazing meditations for mental health, Centr is the best app for those looking to live a healthier and happier life.
  • This app is like having an assistant!! A professional health assistant.

This is the greatest thing I have had the pleasure of using (app wise) in all of time! Different types of activities, food planned, grocery lists are automated... IT’S SO SIMPLE TO USE!

I keep trying to sign up but I get the error message that it “can’t connect to the iTunes Store”. I’m bummed out.
  • Out of shape person trying this app for honest review!

So you’re probably a lot like me. You’ve tried several things but nothing seems to work. Life gets in the way you lose motivation etc etc. Honestly this is the first app that has ever worked for me. I struggle with knowing what to eat but don’t mind cooking and let me tell you the meals are REALLY good. First week you’ll find yourself spending a bit extra for groceries but once you have all the random seasonings you may need you’ll be set. The portions of the meals are very satisfying too. I’m finding myself not wanting to snack or binge to not ruin the next good meal. And if you know you won’t like the meal option it’s very easy to swap out. And the workouts. Okay I’m not in shape haha at all but the workouts you can adjust the intensity to from beginner to expert and throughout the video there’s plenty of ways to modify and the instructors show you how. I genuinely have fun with the exercises they keep you entertain. Honestly it’s a good app but the final factor is keeping your own motivation
