  • It’s wonderful

    The workouts it designs for me are wonderful, I like how I can add, remove, and swap workouts based on what I want and what I have available as well as see demonstrations on how to do the workouts correctly and step by step guidance for maximum output. Some parts could use tweaking but they’re not as important, but the concept and design are very well done, this app is going places. Best workout App I’ve ever used!

    I love this app. I’m a new Personal trainer so this has really helped me, however I’d like to see a function that would allow me to add all my clients different work outs. This app also will count your rest, which I love! My client knows once you hear that bing they should be doing rep 1.

    This app is the best out there for so many reasons. You can tailor it to your needs based on your level of fitness and bodily capabilities, and the equipment you have available to you. It keeps track of your progress and gives you visual examples of each exercise and shows you how to properly use gym equipment... I’m not sure how I even did the gym without this app before a million star review
  • Not a very sophisticated algorithm

    The lifts provided repeat every workout. The only apparent change between workouts Is that the weight lifted in each set slightly increase and the number of sets/repetitions increase as well. Also, the amount of prescribed weight increases is incompatible with standard weight sets (think of going from 120 to 125 on dumbbell bench, 62.5 dumbbells are not commonly available). After two weeks of using this program, I am lifting lifting less weight and more sore due to fatigue from doing the same lifts 3 times with just higher weights and more reps. These kind of issues should’ve never made it out of beta testing and seem to represent an over reliance on unsophisticated algorithms.

    Constant freezing after one day use n only playing music there is no timer to tell you that your done with a exercise only the rest all around not worth the money
