    I don’t normally write good reviews. If a product wronged me or the service was trash I’m all over it with negative thoughts and comments. I must say this app surprised me. There is no guessing on what to do at the gym. There’s no assuming if you’re doing the form wrong. This app shows you what to do, how to do it, how many reps, with how much weight. The great thing is you can go back and look at your progress. You can tweak your workouts on the fly. There is also a graph that shows you what areas you may be neglecting without knowing. (Forearms for me) All that is to say spend the money for the subscription and you won’t regret it. If there is a better app out there I would like to compare it to this one.

    I recently bought the year subscription for one year, and so far it’s amazing. I have fun with it. Not only does it show you how to properly and safely do each workout but it also teaches you ways to develop more size and strength. Ability to swap and/or change workouts that maybe your gym doesn’t have the proper equipment for, ability to add more sets or more reps to your workouts. It’s great, getting a new workout every two weeks after hitting the gym for five days is great. I’m having fun with this one. Thank you #GymStreak

    First of all I’m not one to review apps but this app honestly deserves it! I’m fairly new to working out and this app has really helped me to find exercises to meet my needs. It lets you customize the workouts and find alternatives. This is super helpful since 1. I don’t want to pay for a gym membership and I can easily switch a workout that requires a machine to something I can easily do in the comfort of my own home. 2. It helps you find exercises that target a certain part of your body that you want to work on and it offers multiple exercises that target that area and again alternatives for someone that is a beginner at working out that are easy yet effective. On top of that it there is a 3D example of how to do the exercise which is a huge bonus again for those of us that are new to working out and learning these exercises it’s also rotating which allows you to view it from different angles in order for you to perfect it. It also allows you to track the workout which I haven't played around with much but it is super easy to use. Overall huge props to the developers on this app super easy to use and helpful. I would recommend 10/10 and will definitely be investing in this app!

    I love this app and how modern it looks & how easy it is w giving different exercises but what’s with the last workout crashing ? I can’t complete it if it keeps crashing. Kinda lame but other than that it’s good
