The RP Diet App was designed by nutritional experts and data scientists to do one thing and one thing only: GET YOU RESULTS! This app is NOT A TRACKER. You don't type in the foods or macros you eat. This app is a DIET DESIGNER and COACH. It tells you what to eat, not the other way around! There are tons of tracker apps out there, and many of them are very good. But this is one of the only diet coaching apps. If you're frustrated with your diet and just want a clear but flexible plan to follow, this is the app for you. The RP Diet App takes the uncertainty out of your hands and guides you every step of the way to your fitness goals. You log in and tell the app about yourself, including your current schedule. You also tell the app about your next goal. You can choose to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain an athletic physique at peak performance. Based on the goal you choose, the app designs a custom diet that fits your schedule, but it doesn't choose your foods. For each meal, YOU get to choose the foods you eat from a long (and growing) list of healthy options, and the app automatically tells you how much of these foods to eat so that you're on track to meet the goal you set. The app will remind you when it's time to eat your meals and when it's time to step on the scale to track your progress. By inputting your weight just a few times a week, the app will automatically adjust your diet every week to keep you on track. What does this mean? It means that you don't have to fret or worry about your diet anymore. You just have to choose your favorite healthy foods, eat when the app reminds you, and watch your body transform. When you have serious goals, don't leave them to chance. Leave them to science. While the app accommodates countless ways of eating, it's not yet currently configured to support vegan diets or the schedules of night shift workers. Both updates are coming VERY soon, and the vegan diet option is already well underway in development and promises to be very, very powerful and easy to use.     Disappointed that 65 is the upper limit for this app. Was ready to try it as it looks awesome and a friend recommended. That limitation should be posted more prominently.

    Very easy to use lost 8 pounds of fat and gained 1.6 in muscle on a period of 12 weeks on a fat lost program even though I haven’t been so strict on the diet I would totally recommend it . Would love to see more variety in food!.

    Wonderful and very helpful app! But it does need an option to enter in foods outside of your macros. Sometimes I just want a single Oreo. I know I’m going outside of my macros - but I have no way of tracking it!
  • Wait till more features are added

    I really like how you can customize each day and have a “coach” right in your palm on when and what to eat. However, I do miss the ability to add in my own food/macros or take a picture of the label to add. Not all the food I eat are in the app so I am just going off of what I’ve been doing with RP and using both this app and the myfitnesspal app. Again, it is the start of a great app I would just wait a little longer to purchase.

    There are so many great features of the app that hold you accountable, such as the weigh in reminders, tracking your progress on a graph, as well as reminders about when to eat. However, some of the food still does not match up exactly depending on brands and whatnot. I think it would be great if we were able to add our own food options in so we don’t have to calculate measurements each time.

    Love it. The only complaint is that some of the foods don’t seem to match actual nutrition labels such as soybeans or appear to be in the wrong category such as almond milk being in protein when it’s mostly fat. Also hoping to see more vegan/vegetarian products uploaded or a feature to add foods based on label info.

    I honestly hit a little bit of a fitness rut. Felt like all my results would come and go and I was in this cycle of feeling bigger stronger after a workout but by the time for the next one I was in the spot I use to be in. After following this diet for 6 months now I gotta say I have seen more results these past 6 months that I haven’t seen in so long. Ty to the creators!
