    I’m a mom of three so I don’t have a ton of time. I can easily do this while watching tv. I lost a bunch of weight the first time I used it. I then had a baby and am now able to work out again and I’m excited to lost weight and tone up again.

    There’s a “free” 3 day trial but after that, it gives you 3 payment options. 5 month, 12 month, or just 1 month. Like always you have to pay 🙄🙄. However, if you’re serious about losing weight, I’d recommend at least trying the 3 days, to see if it’s the right fit for you.

    i hate this app so much they made me subscribe for free for a day then i deleted the app and they took $60 from my account and i tried to cancel my subscription but it’s not canceling . i would not recommend this app to anyone.

    This app is not bad at first but I have to say its a ripoff! Like when I subscribe it said 4.99 a month and I looked at my bank account and they charged me 49.99!!!!!!! Also the lady talking on the app I did not like it it sounded like giving you an order like they could have used a softer voice it didn’t motivated me to exercise. Also for some reason it gives you neck pain when you are doing the exercises. The meal plan wasn’t bad but they don’t give u different choices like I’m allergic to shellfish and they had that for the meals. DO NOT download it is not worth it. I bet there are better ones out there. Sorry but I wasn’t happy with this app. ($50 thats a no no I rather go to the gym is way cheaper)
