  • Constantly Freezing

    By Atamasco
Ever since I upgraded to Mac OS Catalina, and updated this app to 10.3.3, it constantly freezes. All sorts of things tend to give me the spinning beachball of death, but the latest example is that, while remoted in, I can't add anything substantial to my clipboard. Doing so reliably freezes the app. I am forced to Force Quit out of the app routinely, then restart it. This does not fix the problem, mind you--it only lets me continue working. Not sure what the developers did in the update, but this app simply does not work as it is. Fix please!
  • Works, then doesn't work!?

    By moonlitbeach
I am able to copy/paste files, but not Text. Copy/Paste of text has worked in the past, but it is no longer working for me. I use Remote Desktop for work, and this is a real hit to productivity.
  • Apple Microsoft Remote Tool

First of all; I don’t know what they did in this new version, but it works seamlessly…The interface is quick and I mean quick…Additionally, once the end-user has configured the Remote app correctly, it launches flawlessly…[into the Remote computer you are trying to connect to] It appears to work with slow to median network speeds as well…I tested it all over the house and I have a two level home…They seemed to have nailed it on this version…Five Stars all around...
  • Error code 0x207

It shows "We couldn't connect to the remote PC.This might be due to an expried password. If this keeps happening, contact your network administrator for assistance -Error code 0x207 " Just 1 week ago, It dose work. I re-install application, and reset password, it still show the error code. It's Not my target computer's problem because I tried using Windows system to connect target desktop, it works.

  • Good, when it works.

I use this for work to connect from my iMac to my Windows Laptop. If I switch back to my iMac to check something or to use an app on there and then go back in to my RDP session, 7 out of 10 times the RDP is frozen and I have to discoonnect and reconnect again. Sometimes even if I do not switch the connection it will freeze.
