  • Please add ability to download classes

    Adding the ability to add classes would help greatly when WiFi is an issue. And yes there’s lots of places in this world with that problem.
  • A mixed bag

    There are some great workouts and routes available on this app, but the app is only available on Google and Apple devices; Amazon and Microsoft devices are unsupported. Also, the app only supports landscape mode, so if you’re trying to use this app in your phone, and your phone is too small to fit into the treadmill’s tablet/phone holder, then you’re stuck setting your phone on the treadmill console. That results in your looking down while running, which is horrible for your breathing. Overall the app is a good start but has a long way to go to merit 5 stars.
  • Keeping me active in late pregnancy

    I’m a runner and 33 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby so having the iFit app to let me go for a hike or jog safely from home when it’s 100+ degrees outside has been a great way to keep me active in my late pregnancy and I look forward to continuing to use it in my postpartum recovery and future training. The scenery is just stunning!
  • Not worth the subscription fee

    Workouts are good, however, cannot make it thru an entire workout without it buffering 5-10 times for 30-90 seconds during. The app also force closes which is super annoying because there is no way to pick up where you left off, you have to start completely over. This app is not worth paying the monthly/yearly subscription.
  • Coaching is great...where are my F’ing stats?

    It’s great to have the coaching I get from this app. I love the extra push they give and the motivation. All of that is great but how am I supposed to track my progress and improvement if I can’t find my stats from previous workouts. I’m sure they’re there somewhere but it’s not intuitive enough to easily locate. Can’t believe I paid that much money for something subpar. Basic needs.
  • No Search Option?

    I love this app and my new treadmill! My phone loads great, my iPad. It so much but it could be my iPad. The workouts are fun and very motivating but I am disappointed there is no option to search workouts or trainers. For example, I select a featured workout, Love it, but cannot find the rest of the series to continue, which is very frustrating. It’s otherwise great... hoping the search option will come soon!!
  • Love iFit but Gotta get it ON THE GO!

    I absolutely love my Nordictract incline trainer and iFit that comes with it, it motivates my husband and I to start running and hiking trails outdoors on weekends. And this is what gave me the idea to suggest you guys allow the app to have an ON THE GO feature. If it does let me know how it works but I’d love to take my trainers with me on my weekend runs. Tommy Rivs is super educational and I love learning from his stories. Just a suggestion hope you guys use. I recommend the treadmill and iFit to everyone!
  • Not free, misleading, not worth the membership

    The display on my treadmill is dark so I thought maybe I could simply monitor it with this app, but since you're tethered to a membership to use this app, it's not worth it at all. Also, the fact you have to sign up for a free trial to even use a treadmill linked to it is deceptive. Never buying anything with an ifit link again unless they have a free version
  • The Worst APP

    RETURN YOUR EQUIPMENT NOW, If you bought it to use it with this crAPP. I have 130 mbps download speed on my internet connection. At least five times during a 30 minute workout, it stops and buffers for over 90 seconds. Many times, it can’t load the workouts and says an error occurred. Many times, it says it cannot save the workout and will try later automatically. I have tried this on two different iPads. It is even more frustrating when I want to send the workout to my Apple TV. My guess is that their servers cannot handle the volume. It is a shame as I get frustrated because I want to use the workouts with my Bike. SHAME ON YOU ICON HEALTH for taking my money every month and for being unable to handle the volume.
