  • Sold my info

The app sold my info and I’m getting more calls and texts from scammers than I was before. I get 2 every hour all day long now. It’s “free” for a reason.

Too early too really rate, but as soon as downloading app it says my iOS is outdated. It checked, but it’s not 😠. Makes me wonder what else it’s gonna mess up.
  • Erroneous alerts. Broken text PINS. No value.

5/20/19 iPhone 8 Plus iOS 12.2. Yeah. It doesn't work at all. It's been prompting me for a PIN that it never sends. It hangs right there. No feature of this app works reliably and it gives erroneous alerts. Nice work for the developers. Paid for useless software. They don't even make an effort. Don't install it. It's way buggy. Earlier comments... I've had the "plus" service for 4 months. The VPN has successfully connected once. The breach alerts are usually weeks old when the app notifies you. Other features are useless. Don't buy it.

The app hasn’t worked for the last week. I deleted and attempted to reinstall as previously recommended. However, app won’t even re-download now. This needs to be fixed ASAP or I’m cancelling.

Now I can sleep at night, knowing ATT will watch me like cyber guardian. Yes, this works with my Nokia 5150.
  • Basically worthless. You can block numbers yourself

Most spoofed numbers ring through all day long. When I try and open the app, approximately 80% of the time it says “Ooops something went wrong” This is ATT’s lame way of saying that they’re doing something about spam/scam calls. Does little or nothing.

I received this message stating “AT&T Mobile Security is now included in your Call Protect service at no extra cost! Download the Mobile Security app today” so I checked out the app, noticed it has VPN. I download it only to find you have to pay for that feature. But it’s “no extra cost”. I get telemarking calls all day long on my cell when I actually have cell service. I feel like call protect and VPN should be free for what I pay you guys each month.
