    Put my number in three times before it “verified” then the temporary PIN was wrong, even after I copied and pasted it. Then requested a new PIN. Have not heard back. Hey I got an idea...make sure it works before you roll it out. Typical AT&T, a technology company who’s technology does not work.

    I am glad you are looking for the safety of your customers on such a complex technology as telephone and internet communications! I could not explain how phone numbers are used from AT&T to call me and when I call back to the same number I receive a notification that the number is out of service even when my call back is done instantly after receiving the obvious SCAM call! I always felt that it was the responsibility of AT&T to solve this problem and not charge us for the use of your solution as other apps do ( such as Numbers)! Excellent app from a trustworthy and serious company !

    I paid for the pro service and it worked for a few days. Then it stopped. Says, “updating my account”. It’s said that for a week.

    Typical ATT. App will not verify on a 1 month old IPhone with up-to-date OSX, ATT wireless and ATT Gigabit WiFI service. Terrible. ATT has wasted more of my time...
  • Difficult to register

    Difficult to register. First didn’t recognize my phone number. Next couldn’t verify the security code they sent. Then, after many tries, could not register. Wasted my time.
