  • The perfect app for me!

    This app is just perfect for me. I love the variety of workouts, whether you want to create your own or choose one of the preset ones. Also, love the rating system after the workout and how it adjust slightly depending on your rating. Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Jillian, this app and all she does. ❤️ my only request would be to have a search feature for the recipes. 👍🏻 Thanks Jillian!!
  • Disappointed in your marketing choices

    I have been using this app for a while now and really enjoy it, and I was thrilled to see you add some of her DVDs to the options. But I’m disappointed that you’ve chosen to make them available only to yearly subscribers, especially since you don’t exactly make it easy to switch between subscriptions (no option to change from monthly to yearly except through sending an email to customer service). I’ll end up paying more per year as a monthly subscriber than your annual subscriber, so why can’t I have full access to the programs without jumping through hoops (hoops that I’m sure you could close by giving me the option to actually manage my subscription on the manage my subscription portion of the app or webpage).

  • This app Changed my life

    This app ( and my hard work) is the ONLY reason I have had a successful weight loss journey. 125 pounds down and counting! I have NEVER gotten results in a gym... I can do this app anywhere I go as well as feel 100% comfortable while doing it in my own home. Thank you, Jillian ♥️
  • This app gets boring

    I am a huge fan of Jillian Michaels because she is a no BS trainer and you WILL see results. I have almost every JM DVD she came out with and this is the second year I purchased her app. I think the app is very well put together but there are some things I wish could be changed. First, the app is very different from her DVDs. She is very motivating and entertaining in her videos. I wish she would put some of her “spunk” into the app workouts. THE WORKOUTS GET VERY BORING!!!!!! At least in the videos it feels like your working out with a group and she makes comments that make you laugh and push through a workout even when you feel like you want to quit. Her DVD workouts seem much more effective as well. I don’t know if this is because each exercise is performed longer or what but I see more results when doing her DVD workouts. Second, I would love to see a way you can add an outside workout to the app. I oftentimes do a workout on her app and then do another workout from one of her DVDs. I find myself relying on MyFitnessPal for tracking everything because this app lacks those abilities. Third thing I would like to see is some changes in the meal planner. I love that you can pick a meal plan such as omnivore or vegetarian etc. however, when you do that, you lose access to the other meal plan recipes. For example, if you pick omnivore, you no longer have access to her 6 keys recipes. I would like to see the option in “recipes” to select recipes from all the categories. I am constantly changing my meal plan so I can pick other recipes. The other thing that I don’t like about the recipes category, is all the recipes are listed alphabetically instead of by meal type (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner). The only time you get them separated is when you switch a meal out from your daily meal planner. Overall the app is effective for anyone who wants to workout, lose weight and be healthy however there are some things that could make it much better especially for people who want to continually purchase this app.

    I love the app and the variety of workouts it has. The only thin I’d love to see is maybe being able to preload the chosen workout. Certain places have very spotty reception and wireless is not always available. In this instances it is next to impossible to load the workout. It’s especially true when I am abroad. The gym I go to has spotty WiFi and the workout are is in the basement. It s rare that I’m able to summon it.
  • Where is Apple Watch functionality?!

    This app offers a lot - except for half a decent Apple Watch function. I’m SO SO SO disappointed that there isn’t anything robust on the watch app counterpart. I wanted something where I don’t have to carry around my phone, but it’s essentially a $70/year timer with a pause button. Sadly will be cancelling my trial membership due to this. I gave it 2 stars only because the workouts seemed to be a good variety, I loved the video demos and there was a supportive community feel to the whole experience. I probably would not have used the food tracker but nice that it’s an option. I’m really bummed - I was psyched to use this app as part of my healthier lifestyle.
  • You can’t find a better program than this

    I used BBG for over a year and the workouts always used the same 4 muscles. I was sweating but never felt like it was making my body stronger as a whole. Jillian’s program is hard and it also makes me feel like I’m improving all my muscle groups and improving balance and flexibility also. I will never use another program- there’s endless variations and I love her encouragement and notes on form throughout. This program made me love working out again! Thank you Jillian!
  • Great work outs

    As a rule, I love Jillian, especial her yoga workouts! I got a few easy meal ideas from the app but I’m not into meal prep/planning. I just eat in moderation. I only gave 4 stars because I think the app is a bit expensive for what I use it for. That being said, I don’t have time to make it to the gym so I’m willing to pay for a no brainer, quick work out at home. This app totally works for my lifestyle(busy working mom). Thank you Jillian!

    This app has been such a game changer for me. I bought in when it was first released and have been a faithful user since. The customization is awesome - you tell Jillian your level of fitness and she will tailor the program to you. There’s even a program specifically for beginners to get you started! After each workout you give feedback and let her know whether it was too hard or too easy and she’ll adjust your next workout accordingly. You can preview all the moves before you start a workout and you can swap them out if you don’t want to tackle a certain move. You also tell Jillian whether you have any equipment and she will set up the workout with whatever you have (including if you have ZERO). This is the first program I’ve been able to maintain despite my regular work travel!! Do yourself a favor and subscribe!!!
