    I love the Volt App other than the fact that you can’t add extras to the workout. There are great options for conditioners, core, and other finishers but you can’t add them to a workout to let the app (or yourself) know that you’ve done them. Otherwise the app is my favorite workout tool!
  • Awesome but a couple wishes

    Amazing app, but I wish there were a couple more features. I wish it included exercises with TRX straps! And I wish you could input the equipment you have/don’t have. For example I don’t have a 15 pound medicine ball but it keeps telling me to use that weight. It also only does increments of 5 pounds on everything, 2.5 would be better.

  • Great App! But slow to improve

    I love this app and I’m definitely seeing the benefits of using consistently and sticking to the program it offers. But there are some very easy improvements that would make it even better and I’ve been using for over a year and have yet to see implemented. The “extras” like the conditioning and mass builders etc. should just be added to the program or should at least be able to be tracked on the app. At the moment they are just added as PDFs and it’s not a good user journey. Nothing extra that I do factors into the tools ability to learn about where I’m improving. I gave this feedback directly to a developer who reached out a year ago and nothing has been added yet. I know quite a few people who have said the same that would be a massive improvement to have this capability.

  • Great program with one major flaw

    You can only workout 2-4 times/week max with this program and only certain programs allow you to get up to four times/week. It would be nice to work out 5-6 days/week with this app.

    After an acl tear. This app allowed me to get into shape for sports. If focuses on the muscles you need for your sport- effectively preventing injury and increasing your ability. Love it! No need to a personal trainer. Just tue ap and a gym 👍👍👍👍👌🤯
