  • Stocks in Watchlist Are Out of Order

    By UndertowMemories
It’s super annoying that once a while, about twice a week, all the stocks under my watchlist are out of order and I have to reorder them again manually. Given that I didn’t sort stocks by Symbol or Price, I believe this is a bug that need to be fixed.
  • Landscapes mode does not work

Webull is a pretty slick little stock app very nice charts, screeners, and even some technical analysis tools. Doesn’t currently support OTC stocks though.
  • Terrible app

    By Shinebanks
I noticed they sell all my orders cheaper than what I’m selling it for. So instead of me making a profit, I’m actually losing money dealing with this app.

    It’s manageable I like it
  • Slow to fill orders, poor customer service, bad app

    By bigfish010203
You get what you pay for: they are slow to fill orders. Sometimes a limit order won’t get filled at all, even if the stock sits at or below the limit for some period of time. This has cost me on several attempted trades. They have abysmal customer service. You can’t get a human on the phone, it’s all done through messages - which they are slow to respond to and usually do so in an unsatisfying manner. Finally, the app is very difficult to use. There’s way too much junk / clutter that no one needs, and the process of getting an order submitted is confusing. On multiple occasions I have thought I have made an order, but apparently it didn’t go through or something. I’ve had to re-submit, usually at a higher price. In sum, I wouldn’t trust these guys with very much of my money. I believe you’re better off paying commission to a more reputable broker, if you have a large enough portfolio to absorb those costs.
