    I love how the workouts change and it has been more fun this way. I love trying a little bit of everything and seeing how I can prepare for each one. Finally something that makes me want to tune in each day to help myself get where I want to be at my own pace.

    I’m not one to write reviews, I just read them. But the improvements that the Sweat team has made to their app have made this version the most user friendly version yet! The new features that show you what equipment you need before the workout, the ability to connect and choose a Spotify playlist, the ability to see what’s coming next and now that the cool down moves forward without you having to tap next have changed the way my workout was this morning. I cannot thank the team behind this app enough for the hard work and usability that makes me want to keep coming back and enjoy getting stronger.

  • New version tons of bugs

    The newest version needs lots of fixes. The Build program no longer gives the weights needed for squat, deadlift or bench routines. The playlist volume decreases after every set. There is no break on last superset on the squat and deadlift routines for Build.

    This is the only app or program that has allowed me to stay consistent as a mother of 2 who also works part time. I’m on my 11th week of BBG and getting so much stronger and definitely seeing results.

    This app is amazing! I get easily overwhelmed at the gym and this helps me stay focused and know just what to do. However, it would be great to be able to see individual exercises and build your own routine. There are very few routines where all exercises work for me and I find my self flipping between routines and piecing together my own plan. Being able to easily scan through exercises in a build your own manor would be a heaven sent. I would highly recommend this for any beginner but once you start wanting to branch out it gets a little difficult to navigate and track with this app.
