  • Great for if you get lost in the gym

    By Sandiiiiiiiiiiiii
I’ve been using this app for about 3 weeks now and love it! It makes going to the gym fun now and I actually look forward to it now! I am sore In different places every week, new places I never felt sore! I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because a tutorial on how to use the app before would of been nice, maybe it did give it and I didn’t pay attention but I had no idea you could adjust the sets! I was pushing my self to do what was being recommended (which is great motivation) but I was also not able to do as many in some! Other then that I love this app
  • Good app but hell on your batter

    By geyejndiw
I like the app but it will drain my batter faster than any other app.
  • Finally! A workout app worth the hype!

This app has forever changed the way I workout. I get daily workouts that are fresh and continue to challenge me while still tracking overall progress.
  • Everything I’ve been searching for...

    The best workout app!!
  • Good app, always improving

    By samcates
I’ve used a range of workout apps and have been using Fitbod for more than a year now. TL;DR The best part is the simple and intuitive instructions and data input while lifting weights, and it’s the best in class for that. The app has always been very good for guiding and tracking live workouts. Creating whole plans is easy with tons of features like circuits, a library of exercises, filters for available equipment in different gyms you go to, and saved workouts/sets... it’s quite comprehensive but reasonably easy to navigate. They also frequently release new updates improving intelligent recommendations for workouts, and adding requested exercises. The integrations are better than most I’ve tried, including most fitness trackers, Strava, and an Apple Watch interface (which I have not used). Definitely worth giving it a try for the free trial.
  • Confusing cardio entry

    By Anthony News
I love this app. It’s been helping a lot with strength training. I really wish it would integrate with Garmin to sync cardio workouts or make manual entry of runs and biking easier. I should just be able to say I ran x miles in y minutes. It seems like I have to go through a million screens to enter runs. Also, I wish it wouldn’t count runs against my strength training muscle fatigue. If I enter all my running, it would never have me do lower body strength training. Lastly, I would love to see y’all develop goal specific strength training programs, i.e. strength training for a 5K or half marathon.
  • Great app - there are space for improvement

    By PabloVergara
The app is great and it has everything you need for performing any exercise. It would be nicer to improve its design in order to either chose to do the recommended training or to chose your muscle set that you want to work on. Also, a quick way to change the work out time would be really appreciated. Both improvements can be find in the app, but they don't seem intuitive enough.
  • +40yr old at home gym

    By PlumberKen
What an AWESOME app! Takes the guesswork out of the workout and no “Personal Trainer” having do some crap you’ve never heard of. I’m sure that Balls to the Wall workout is incorporated in here somewhere, but after several months of using the app, it adapts perfectly to what I need it to do.
  • Good...

But the timer could be better.
