  • Great Service until they lower the Subscription price and won’t let you switch

I had this app for a few months and it was great. My monthly subscription was a bit much but $9.99/month was worth blocking the 10+ robocalls I was getting every day, usually starting at 5 o’clock in the morning. I even got my friends and family to join. While helping my mother with set up, I come to find out that her monthly subscription cost is only $2.99. I ask my friends who joined after me. Same thing, $2.99 a month. I emailed RoboKiller support and they told me to cancel my subscription and to talk to Apple about reducing my subscription cost. So I canceled my subscription and emailed Apple and they re-canceled my subscription and refunded me last monthly subscription and told me I would now be able to get a lower price. Turns out that my RoboKiller account is locked into paying $9.99 a month or $100 a year. RoboKiller support says they can’t do anything because “they don’t control the pricing.” Customer Support basically told me to get lost! I will update my review if RoboKiller fixes their “pricing problem” and “gains control over setting their own pricing.”
  • Not capturing spam etc

I have received 14 calls in the last 24 hours from out of state numbers within the same area code. With each call, I copied and added to blocked numbers for this app hoping the next call would be captured by RoboKiller. Still nothing after pasting all 14 numbers. 7 of those calls were from different numbers within 20 minutes. Fortunately I turn my phone to sleep mode at night but all calls have been from 8:30am to 9:00pm. Obviously, none of these calls are in my contact list. Just paid for a year subscription because but I will not renew. For the positive, robokiller did catch some other spam calls.
  • Settings Keep Breaking on iPhone… PLEASE FIX!

    By Tristam007
I’m tired of deleting & reinstalling every month on my iPhone. It’s happened at least 10 times since I started using this app just under a year ago. 😡UNACCEPTABLE! Especially when this is not a free app. This app isn’t really saving me time if I have to waste my time repeatedly deleting & reinstalling it, to fix the required settings for proper function. Is anyone else having this problem? To date support has done a poor job addressing & resolving this issue. This is the last time I’m going to delete & reinstall. If I have to do it again after this time I’m going to delete for good and cancel my subscription. 😡
  • Subscription.

Stop making free apps if you’re going to force me to buy a subscription before using!
  • Now I enjoy getting robo calls!

This is a great product. I really enjoy wasting a telemarketer’s time talking to one of the pre-recorded bots!
